Hi, I’m Chantell Pfitzer, the founder of The Garage Edit.

 

My entrepreneurial journey started early, from selling candy out of my dad’s briefcase in middle school to running a coffee subscription service out of the teacher’s lounge in high school. These small ventures sparked a passion for finding creative ways to deliver value. Over time, that drive evolved into a career in high-level estate and project management, where I spent more than a decade managing the staff, homes, and lives of some of the wealthiest individuals in the world. This experience sharpened my ability to deliver exceptional results with precision, care, and attention to detail.

 

Now, as the founder of The Garage Edit, I bring that expertise to transforming garages into luxurious, statement-making spaces. From bespoke showrooms to private wellness retreats or tailored spaces for your passions, my team and I specialize in creating garages that are as beautiful as they are functional.

 

I’ve built a team of like-minded professionals who share my vision for excellence. Together, we approach every project with creativity and precision, ensuring results that exceed expectations.

Our team is a diverse group of highly skilled professionals, including builders, architects, designers, organizers, project managers, engineers, electricians, and a variety of other specialists. From creative design to meticulous implementation, we ensure every detail is handled with care and professionalism, providing our clients with exceptional results tailored to their needs

    We proudly serve Dallas, Fort Worth, North Texas, and Austin, TX. However, we’re open to traveling for your project, so don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to hear from you!
  • Is a consultation required before starting a service?
    Yes, a consultation is required before we begin any service. This allows us to understand your specific needs and provide a tailored solution that meets your expectations.
  • How do I schedule a consultation?
    You can schedule a consultation by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. We will arrange a convenient time to discuss your needs and how we can assist you.
  • How much does it cost?
    Our project costs vary widely based on the unique needs of each client. That being said, most of our projects start at $15,000 and can increase depending on the scope and customizations involved. We're happy to discuss your specific vision and provide a detailed estimate tailored to your project!
  • Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
    Absolutely! We work on both residential and commercial projects.
  • Do you provide 3D renderings or design previews?
    Yes, we do! Our 3D renderings and design previews help you visualize the transformation before the work begins.
  • Do I need to be involved during the project?
    We’ll need your initial input and sign-off on the design, but after that, your level of involvement is entirely up to you. You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like.
  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?
    While we don’t offer financing or payment plans, we require a deposit to begin the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
  • Do you charge a consultation fee?
    No, we do not charge a consultation fee. However, we may sometimes charge a discovery fee for detailed renders, engineering surveys, or other specific requirements. This will always be clearly communicated and confirmed with you beforehand.
